Never been to an auto auction before? Don’t worry! Here are a few frequently asked questions and answers that might make you feel at ease. REMEMBER, we are here to help you every step of the way! Q: If I am not a licensed dealer can I still buy a car at your auction?

A: Yes, we are open to the PUBLIC.

Q: What do I need to register?

A: Registration is simple. All you need is a driver’s license or state ID and a $300 deposit, which either goes toward your purchase, or is refunded in full the same day should you not purchase a vehicle.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and cashiers checks.

Q: How old do I have to be?

A: 18 or older.

Q: Do you have Tag & Title services?

Q: Can I test drive the cars?

A: No, you may not test drive the cars. However, you can start the engine, pop the hood, check the fluids and test out all the accessories. Only thing you can’t do is move them from the designated parking spot.

Q: Are the cars in running condition?

A: Yes, they are all in driving condition. You will see them driven through the auction by our drivers one by one during the auction.

Q: When are your auctions held?

Wednesday evenings at 6:30 PM and Saturday mornings at 10:30 AM.

Q: Can I inspect the vehicles?

A: Yes, you may arrive 1 hour before the auction to view the cars, check out the engines and accessories.

Q: Are there other fees associated with buying cars?

A: YES, There are buyer’s fees with every vehicle purchased.

Q: When is payment due?

A: Full payment is due the day of the sale unless prior authorization is obtained from management. We accept Cash and/or Credit and Debit cards and cashiers checks.

Q: Are the vehicles inspected?

A: Some are inspected and will be announced at time of sale.

Q: Can I buy online?

A: No, must be present to buy.

Q: When do I get my title?

A: You will receive your title the day of the auction.

Q: Do you finance?

A: No, we accept cash, major credit and debit cards and cashiers checks.

Q: How long do I have to remove my car?

A: You have 48 hours to remove the vehicle after that there is a $25.00 fee per day.

Q: When is your inventory updated?

A: Our inventory is updated EVERY DAY! We are always adding new vehicles and our website is always current.
